Welcome to Linda MacArthur Architect!

A beautiful and comfortable home can give your family a true sense of place. Linda's approach to design extends beyond her ability to create floor plans, detail millwork, and hire expert carpenters to execute your vision; Linda designs the background for living. Whether it be a house or a room, she tailors her designs to reflect clients' lifestyles.

Linda D'Orazio MacArthur, a member of the American Institute of Architects, holds a Master's Degree in Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology. With over 25 years of experience, Linda and her team strive to offer the utmost in service and creativity, resulting in houses that maintain functionality over time. Lindas Bio

Linda D'Orazio MacArthur

Linda, a native Atlantan attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where she earned both an Undergraduate and Master's degree in Architecture. Upon graduation, she joined Nix Mann and Associates where she spent a formative period working for the young, energetic, and forward-thinking firm. In 1984, she relocated to New York City where she worked on various projects including restaurants, high-end housing developments, and retail stores. It was these interior build-outs that exposed her to the idea of unique 'architectural interiors'. Projects included a U.S. embassy and the Beverly Hills Ralph Lauren Polo store. After the birth of Linda's first child, Atlanta beckoned her back south. She has maintained an office in North Atlanta since 1994 and is now the proud proprietor of a full service architecture firm specializing in the construction of new homes and the remodeling of existing homes. She also is a founder and co-owner of the Atlanta-based architectural interior design firm, Studio Entourage (Studio Entourage website). The firm offers the combined expertise of Jane Hollman, a renowed millwork designer and architect Linda MacArthur to create highly-detailed and custom interior spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, and bars. Linda focuses on detail, function, and aesthetics to provide attentive service to her clients. She offers a small but talented team of dedicated individuals who are committed to providing timely and quality service. Creativity, a well-crafted set of design documents, and impeccable service are the hallmarks of Linda's practice. Linda is proud of receiving the Robert + Company Fellowship at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Since then, her work has been featured in numerous regional and national publications including Southern Living, Beautiful Homes, Country French magazine, Veranda, Atlanta magazine, and Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles. Linda has experience designing in numerous styles, including County French Classic, Georgian, and Craftsmen. Projects include lakehouses, estates, family homes, and specialty outdoor spaces. A young and active family moves into a historic Ansley Park home previously owned by Monica Kaufman Pearson, the beloved Atlanta news anchor. To make it their own, the Heaths enlisted Linda to update its facade and interior while maintaining and celebrating the home's charming historical elements.
